This privacy notice for M&M Headgear ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), describes how and why we might collect, store, use, and/or share ("process") your information when you use our services ("Services"), such as when you:

Refund

M&M Headgear Inc. will not accept returns unless an Authorization has been previously issued. To obtain an authorization, call our office at 770-418-8991. All packages returned without an authorization will be refused. No returns of any merchandise after 14 days from the date of invoice. Any goods not returned during this period will result in the buyer keeping the goods and being responsible for all charges. A 25% Restocking Fee and handling fee applies to all returns. SPECIAL ORDERS ARE NON-RETURNABLE. Merchandise must be in their original condition – unwashed and unworn. Merchandise not in this condition will not be accepted.

Prices

Shipping charges will be added to all orders.  M&M Headgear Inc. is not responsible for printing errors and prices are subject to change without notice.

Collection

Any checks returned to our company due to insufficient funds will be charged $30.00. All invoices on accounts of more than 30 days are subject to a 2% per month delinquency fee (24% annually). In the event that affirmative (Collection) action is required on the part of our company, the buyer shall pay all costs of collection and reasonable attorney fees.

Governing Law & Consent to Jurisdiction

Customers consent to the jurisdiction of the state of Georgia, and County of Gwinnett.

Warranty

Manufacturer’s warranties only apply to the products distributed by M&M Headgear Inc.
All implied warranties of MERCHANTABILITY and fitness for a particular purpose are EXCLUDED. Your remedy for breach of the express warranties contained herein will be limited to replacement of a nonconforming item. M&M Headgear Inc. shall not be liable for any direct, consequential, or incidental damages to a person or property resulting from the customers use or inability to use the item, or for the late delivery of any item.

Damaged Items

For the merchandises that have been shipped directly from M&M Headgear Inc., please open all orders immediately on receipt and examine very carefully. Save all shipping material and notify UPS immediately. You must notify us for replacement of any damaged items by obtaining an Authorization immediately as stated under RETURNS above.

Acceptance of Above Terms by Customer

By placing orders with M&M Headgear Inc., the customer understands and accepts all Terms & Conditions stated above. If the customer does not understand or accept any of Terms & Conditions stated above, the customer must notify M&M Headgear Inc. immediately before placing any orders.
